If there is a manufacturer’s fault with the product, you are required to inform us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that faulty products must be returned in the same condition as sold and undamaged.
After this 5 days period, a refund or replacement will not be offered and the faulty product will be repaired under warranty if still under warranty period.
We will make another arrangement depending on the products. If it has a manufacturer’s warranty, you can directly contact the manufacturer.
If the product is delivered damaged, you are also required to inform us within 5 days of receiving your order. After this 5 days period, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to the product.
The product can only be returned if in the original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all documentation and blank warranty cards (if any). Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
Replacement items cannot be sent until the original item has been returned to our warehouse and inspected by our returns department. This is necessary so we can file claims on defective or damaged goods with the manufacturer or the shipping company and verify eligibility for return, replacement, or repair.
If our technical staff does not agree with your claim and the product functions normally, we will return the item upon receiving from you a postage cost.
If the product is not defective but you are not satisfied with your purchase, Unless otherwise stated, we offer 14-day “Return to our warehouse” return for our products. it starts from the date you get your order.
The return only can be accepted if the product is still in perfect condition, never use, did not open, the seal is not broken, the same condition as sold, and undamaged.
You may return the product for a refund. We have to be notified by email within 7 days of receiving your package. Please note that a 25% restocking fee (25% of the selling price) and shipping & postage costs will be deducted from the refund. All returned products must be free from damage of any kind and be in their original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any other materials included. Please note that products have to be returned to us within 7 days after delivery and you are solely responsible for all shipping costs.
There are 2 options for the return, customer can return to their local address which we will provide to you as per your request since it is a local address so the shipping cost will be cheaper for the customer but it will take a longer time for the refund as we need to arrange them and send back to us.
The other option will be to send it directly to our address which is oversea and cost more to the customer. This way the refund will be processed faster.
The refund will transfer back to you in the same way as how you paid for the order. The refund will be made within 14 business days after we get back the product and check the status if you send it back to our address directly. If you send it back to our local address which is less shipping cost to the customer, the refund will take up to 25 days to process after we get back the product and check the status.
If the parcel has been lost during the return shipment, we are not responsible for it and there will not be any refund as we do not get back the product.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
